2Mix all dry ingredients (Pie Crust: 200g (7 oz) flour, 100g (3.5 oz) cannabis-infused butter (cold), 50g (1.75 oz) powdered sugar, 1 egg, pinch of salt; Almond Cream (Frangipane): 80g (2.8 oz) softened butter, 80g (2.8 oz) powdered sugar, 80g (2.8 oz) ground almonds, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp flour, 200g (7 oz) Bonne Maman strawberry jam (or apricot, raspberry), powdered sugar for dusting) in a large bowl. In a second bowl, whisk the wet ingredients.
