Instructions

1Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk with 1 tsp sugar, let stand 10 min.

2Mix flour, remaining sugar, and salt. Add eggs and yeast milk.

3Knead intensely 8-10 min until dough is smooth and pulls from bowl sides.

4Work in soft cannabis butter and regular butter in cubes — 2-3 cubes at a time, knead completely before adding more. Takes 10 min.

5Dough is ready when glossy, elastic, and not sticky.

6Cover, let rise 1.5 hours at room temperature.
