200 ml 13.5 tbsp Milk, lukewarm

60 g 2.1 oz Sugar

80 g 2.8 oz Cannabis butter (room temperature)

2 piece 2 piece Egg yolk

1 pinch 1 pinch Salt

1 packet 1 packet Vanilla sugar

150 g 5.3 oz Apricot jam (or plum butter)

50 g 1.8 oz Butter for brushing

Instructions

1Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk with 1 tsp sugar. Let stand 10 minutes until foamy.

2Mix flour, remaining sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. Add yeast-milk mixture, egg yolk, and soft cannabis butter.

3Knead for at least 8 minutes until a smooth, elastic dough forms.

4Cover dough and let rise for 60 minutes in a warm place until doubled in size.

5Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Flatten each piece, place 1 tsp jam in the center, seal tightly.

6Place buns in a buttered baking dish — they should just touch each other.

7Let rise again for 30 minutes. Brush with melted butter.

8Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar.
