  • 30 g 1.1 oz Regular butter (for molds)
  • 250 g 8.8 oz Powdered sugar
  • 100 g 3.5 oz Wheat flour

  • 2 piece 2 piece Egg yolks (extra)
  • 1 piece 1 piece Vanilla bean (scraped seeds)
  • 3 tbsp 3 tbsp Dark rum
  • 1 pinch 1 pinch Salt
  • 30 g 1.1 oz Beeswax (or extra butter for molds)

Instructions

    Heat milk with cannabutter, regular butter, and vanilla to 176°F (80°C). Cool.

    Mix powdered sugar and flour.

    Stir in eggs and egg yolks. Add milk mixture — no lumps.

    Stir in rum and salt.

    Let batter rest 24–48 hours in refrigerator — mandatory!

    Grease molds with beeswax or butter. Freeze.

    Preheat oven to 482°F (250°C).

    Fill molds 80% with batter. Bake 10 min. at 482°F (250°C), then reduce to 356°F (180°C).

    Bake 60 min. at 356°F (180°C) until deep dark brown crust forms.
