Instructions

  1. 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) with top and bottom heat. Bring cannabis infusion to room temperature. Grease baking pan and dust with flour.
  2. 2
Mix all dry ingredients (Cake layers: 3× Chocolate Bisquit (7 oz flour (200 g), 6.3 oz sugar (180 g), 1.75 oz cocoa (50 g), 4 eggs, 4 fl oz oil (120 ml), 4 fl oz coffee (120 ml)), Cannabis buttercream: 8.8 oz cannabis-infused butter softened (250 g), 10.6 oz powdered sugar (300 g), 3 tbsp cocoa powder, 3 tbsp heavy cream, 1 package Celebrations (about 21 oz (600 g)) — all varieties, Ganache: 7 oz dark chocolate (200 g), 3.4 fl oz heavy cream (100 ml)) in a large bowl. In a second bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
  3. 3
Gently combine dry and wet ingredients — do not overmix or batter will become tough. Work in cannabis infusion evenly.
  4. 4
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 25-35 minutes. Test with toothpick: clean toothpick = done.
  5. 5
Remove from oven, let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto cooling rack. Cool completely before serving.

Pro Tips

  • Sort Celebrations by flavor: each layer a different variety. Assemble cake the day before — cake layers absorb the buttercream and become moist. Label portions if serving guests.
