  • 100 g 3.5 oz Sugar
  • 60 g 2.1 oz Sour cream (room temperature)
  • 2 tsp 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

    Mix crumbs, sugar, and both melted butter varieties. Press firmly into a 9.5-inch (24cm) springform pan. Freeze for 20 minutes.

    Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla. Beat for 2-3 minutes.
