150 ml 10.1 tbsp Cream (for chocolate cream)

Instructions

1Filling: Heat cream. Stir in chocolate and butter until creamy. Cool.

2Dough: Bring water, cannabis butter, regular butter, sugar, and salt to a boil.

3Add flour all at once. Stir vigorously until dough pulls away from the pot.

4Remove from heat. Stir in eggs one at a time — stir vigorously until dough is glossy.

5Fill piping bag with star tip.

6Heat oil to 356°F (180°C). Pipe churros about 5 inches (12 cm) long into oil. Fry 4–5 minutes until golden brown.

7Roll in cinnamon sugar.
