  • 60 g 2.1 oz Cannabis butter (soft, for buttercream)
  • 500 ml 2.11 cups Milk (for pudding cream)
  • 1 packet 1 packet Vanilla pudding powder
  • 50 g 1.8 oz Sugar (for pudding cream)
  • 200 g 7.1 oz Butter (soft, for buttercream)
  • 200 g 7.1 oz Dark chocolate couverture (minimum 55%)
  • 50 g 1.8 oz Coconut fat (for chocolate glaze)

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a baking sheet and line with parchment paper.

    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in eggs one at a time.

    Divide dough into thirds: spread 2/3 onto the baking sheet. Mix cocoa and milk into the remaining third, place on top of the light layer, and create a marbled pattern with a fork.
