  • 7 g 0.2 oz Instant yeast
  • 50 g 1.8 oz Sugar
  • 120 ml 8.1 tbsp Lukewarm milk
  • 2 2 Eggs
  • 60 g 2.1 oz Soft butter
  • 200 g 7.1 oz Powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 3 tbsp 3 tbsp Cannabis butter (melted, for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp Milk (for glaze)

Instructions

    Dissolve yeast in warm milk, let sit 5 minutes. Mix flour, sugar, eggs and yeast milk. Knead in soft butter. Knead 10 minutes until smooth.

    Let rise covered for 1 hour until volume doubles.

    Roll out 0.6 inches (1.5 cm) thick, cut out donuts. Let rise another 15 minutes.

    Fry in oil at 340°F (170°C) for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Drain.

    Glaze: whisk powdered sugar with cannabis butter and milk until smooth. Dip cooled donuts.
