Instructions

1Knead shortcrust dough from flour, cold cannabis butter, powdered sugar, and egg. Chill for 30 minutes.

2Roll out dough in tart pan (11 inches / 28cm) and blind bake at 347°F (175°C) for 25 minutes. Cool completely.

3Pudding cream: Cook milk, vanilla sugar, and cornstarch until thick. Stir in gelatin. Cool.

4Fill cooled tart shell with cream and smooth the surface.

5Wash strawberries, halve them, and arrange decoratively on the cream.

6Brush with warmed strawberry glaze. Chill for at least 1 hour.
