Instructions

1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) on conventional setting. Bring cannabis infusion to room temperature. Grease muffin tin and dust with flour.

2Mix all dry ingredients (8 oz/200 ml Fanta Orange at room temperature, 7 oz/200 g all-purpose flour, 5.3 oz/150 g sugar, 3.5 oz/100 g cannabis-infused butter, melted and decarboxylated) in a large bowl. In a second bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.

3Gently fold dry and wet ingredients together — do not overmix or batter will become tough. Evenly incorporate cannabis infusion.

4Fill prepared muffin tin and bake in preheated oven for 25–35 minutes. Perform toothpick test: clean toothpick means done.

5Remove from oven, cool in tin for 10 minutes, then turn out onto cooling rack. Cool completely before serving.
