  • 30 g 1.1 oz Cannabis butter
  • 80 g 2.8 oz Sugar
  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp Honey
  • 150 g 5.3 oz Sliced almonds
  • 50 g 1.8 oz Candied orange peel
  • 100 g 3.5 oz Dark chocolate

Instructions

    Bring cream, cannabis butter, sugar, and honey to a boil until 239°F (115°C) (hard ball stage).

    Stir in almonds and candied orange peel. Cool mixture slightly.

    Drop small mounds onto parchment paper. Press very flat (will spread further).

    Bake at 347°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.

    Melt chocolate. Dip underside of florentines. Let dry.
