60 g 2.1 oz Cannabis butter

80 g 2.8 oz Sugar

20 g 0.7 oz Flour

30 g 1.1 oz Candied orange peel, finely chopped

Instructions

1Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2Melt cannabis butter, sugar, cream, and honey in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.

3Remove from heat. Stir in sliced almonds, chopped almonds, flour, and candied orange peel.

4Place small mounds (about 1 tsp each) with plenty of space on the sheet — they spread significantly.

5Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven immediately.

7Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Thinly coat the bottom of each Florentine.
