  • 150 g 5.3 oz Cannabis butter
  • 150 g 5.3 oz Sugar
  • 3 piece 3 piece Eggs
  • 100 ml 6.8 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tsp 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 80 g 2.8 oz Raisins
  • 40 g 1.4 oz Sliced almonds
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 338°F (170°C) convection. Grease and dust Bundt pan with sliced almonds.

    Cream cannabis butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time.

    Sift flour and baking powder and alternately fold in with milk.

    Fold in raisins and lemon zest. Pour batter into pan.

    Bake for approximately 55-60 minutes. Perform toothpick test. Cool completely.

    Turn out of pan and dust with powdered sugar.
