1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) with both upper and lower heat. Bring cannabis infusion to room temperature. Grease baking pan and dust with flour.

2Mix all dry ingredients (1 cup Guinness Stout at room temperature, 5.3 oz (150g) cannabis-infused butter, decarboxylated, 2.8 oz (80g) unsweetened cocoa powder, 1.5 cups (300g) sugar) in a large bowl. In a second bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.

3Gently fold dry and wet ingredients together — do not overmix or batter will become tough. Evenly incorporate cannabis infusion.

4Pour batter into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 25-35 minutes. Perform toothpick test: dry toothpick = done.
