Instructions

1Preheat oven to 320°F (160°C) with convection. Grease a springform pan (10.5 inches / 26cm).

2Separate eggs. Beat yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.

3Stir in melted cannabutter (cooled, not hot!), quark, pudding mix, and lemon.

4Beat egg whites with salt until stiff. Fold in gently.

5Pour batter into pan. Bake 60–70 minutes until lightly golden and firm.

6Turn off oven, crack door open slightly. Let cake cool in oven for 1 hour (prevents cracks).
