Instructions

    Crust: Mix almonds, cannabis butter, 1 oz (30g) erythritol. Press into 9.5-inch (24cm) springform pan. Chill for 10 minutes.

    Whip cream cheese, remaining erythritol, vanilla, and lemon zest until creamy.

    Stir in eggs one at a time. Fold in whipped cream.

    Pour over crust. Bake at 320°F (160°C) for 45-50 minutes (center should still jiggle slightly).
