2 tbsp 2 tbsp Coarse sea salt (for topping)

Instructions

1Dissolve yeast in water with sugar. Wait 5 minutes.

2Knead flour + salt + cannabis butter + regular butter + yeast water into a smooth dough.

3Let rise 60 minutes until doubled in volume.

4Divide dough into 8 portions. Roll into sticks (10–12 inches) — thicker in the middle, pointed at ends.

5Place on parchment paper, let rise 20 minutes.

6Lye bath: Bring water and baking soda to a boil. Dip each stick for 30 seconds.

7Back on parchment paper. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle coarse sea salt. Score with cuts.

8Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 18–20 minutes until dark brown.
