Instructions

1Grease 4 ramekins and dust with cocoa powder.

2Melt dark chocolate, cannabis butter, and regular butter in a double boiler (max 70°F / 21°C).

3Whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until foamy and volume has doubled.

4Gently fold chocolate mixture into egg mixture.

5Sift flour and salt together, then gently fold in — mix briefly, don't overmix.

6Fill ramekins and chill for at least 30 minutes.

7Preheat oven to 392°F (200°C), bake for exactly 11 minutes.

8Immediately invert onto plates and serve — the center must still be liquid!
