  • 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp Cardamom
  • 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 100 g 3.5 oz Dark chocolate (for coating)

Instructions

    Melt cannabutter, honey, and brown sugar in a pot and stir — DO NOT boil.

    Let cool to room temperature, then mix in egg.

    Sift flour, all spices, and baking soda, add to the butter-honey mixture.

    Knead into a smooth dough, chill in wrap for 1 hour.

    Preheat oven to 175°C (347°F), roll dough and cut out gingerbread shapes.

    Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly firm.

    Melt chocolate, coat gingerbread or apply icing.
