  • 100 g 3.5 oz Ground hazelnuts
  • 80 g 2.8 oz Cannabis butter (cold, diced)
  • 60 g 2.1 oz Butter (cold)
  • 80 g 2.8 oz Powdered sugar
  • 1 piece 1 piece Egg
  • 1 Eigelb 1 Eigelb Egg yolk (extra)
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp Cloves (ground)
  • 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp Cardamom
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1 pinch 1 pinch Salt
  • 300 g 10.6 oz Raspberry jam (high quality, seedless)
  • 1 Eigelb 1 Eigelb Egg yolk + 1 tsp milk (for egg wash)
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

    Mix flour + hazelnuts + powdered sugar + spices + salt.

    Work in cannabis butter and butter in small cubes — quickly crumble with fingers.

    Work in egg + egg yolk + lemon zest. Form into a dough ball.

    Chill for 30 minutes.

    Roll out 2/3 of the dough to 1/8 inch (3mm) thickness. Line a Linzer form or springform pan (10 inch (26cm)).

    Bring sides up. Spread raspberry jam evenly.

    Roll remaining dough into strips. Lay in a lattice pattern on top.

    Brush with egg yolk-milk wash. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35–40 minutes until golden brown.

    Let cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
