300 g 10.6 oz Raspberry jam (high quality, seedless)

1 Eigelb 1 Eigelb Egg yolk + 1 tsp milk (for egg wash)

Instructions

1Mix flour + hazelnuts + powdered sugar + spices + salt.

2Work in cannabis butter and butter in small cubes — quickly crumble with fingers.

3Work in egg + egg yolk + lemon zest. Form into a dough ball.

4Chill for 30 minutes.

5Roll out 2/3 of the dough to 1/8 inch (3mm) thickness. Line a Linzer form or springform pan (10 inch (26cm)).

6Bring sides up. Spread raspberry jam evenly.

7Roll remaining dough into strips. Lay in a lattice pattern on top.

8Brush with egg yolk-milk wash. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35–40 minutes until golden brown.

9Let cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
