  • 50 g 1.8 oz Powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

    Cut ZenButter into pieces. Quickly rub with flour, almond flour, and powdered sugar until breadcrumb texture.

    Add vanilla sugar and cold water — knead into smooth dough. Do not overwork.
