Instructions

1Mix quark, flour, egg, butter and salt into a smooth dough. Chill for 30 minutes.

2Wash and pit apricots. Replace each pit with a sugar cube.

3Roll out dough on a floured surface. Cut portions, wrap apricot, shape into dumplings.

4Simmer dumplings in lightly simmering salted water for 15-18 minutes until cooked through.

5Heat cannabutter, toast breadcrumbs in it until golden brown, add sugar.

6Drain dumplings and roll in the cannabis breadcrumb mixture, serve immediately.
