Instructions

  1. 1
Line springform (10.25 in / 26 cm) with parchment paper.
  2. 2
Finely grind Oreos (7 oz / 200 g) in a blender. Mix with melted butter and cannabis butter — stir cannabis butter in cold, do not heat.
  3. 3
Press crust into the form, flatten smooth. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  4. 4
Soak gelatin (optional) in cold water. Whip heavy cream until stiff.
  5. 5
Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. If using gelatin: stir in gently when slightly warmed.
  6. 6
    Carefully fold in whipped cream.
  7. 7
Coarsely break Oreos (5.25 oz / 150 g) and fold into the cream mixture.
  8. 8
Pour onto the crust, flatten smooth.
  9. 9
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (better overnight).
  10. 10
Decorate with whole Oreos and broken pieces.

Pro Tips

  • Cannabis butter in the crust: as it cools, it distributes evenly in every slice.
  • No-bake means: no heat, no cannabinoid breakdown in the oven.
  • Gelatin optional — without it keeps 1 day, with gelatin 3 days in the refrigerator.
  • Full-fat cream cheese (not light!) provides the best creaminess.
