  • 150 g 5.3 oz Dark chocolate 70%
  • 80 g 2.8 oz ZenButter (softened)
  • 1 piece 1 piece Egg (for brushing)
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch 1 pinch Sea salt flakes

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Roll out puff pastry on lightly floured surface, cut into 8 rectangles.

    Stir together ZenButter with soft chocolate (room temperature) until homogeneous.

    Spread 1 tbsp (15 ml) chocolate-ZenButter mixture on the lower third of each rectangle.
