  • 1 bag 1 bag Gelatin (9g) or 3g agar-agar
  • 600 ml 2.54 cups Heavy cream
  • 70 g 2.5 oz Coconut blossom sugar or regular sugar
  • 2 tsp 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 6 Portionen 6 Portionen Cannabis extract (individualized by tolerance)
  • 1 Portion 1 Portion Fresh berries for serving

Instructions

    Pour milk into a bowl, sprinkle gelatin over it, let bloom for 5 minutes.

    Heat cream with sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a simmer.

    Stir the bloomed gelatin-milk into the hot cream until completely dissolved, cook for 1 minute.
