1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) with conventional heat. Bring cannabis infusion to room temperature. Grease baking pan and dust with flour.

2Mix all dry ingredients (200 ml Pepsi Cola at room temperature, 3.5 oz (100 g) decarboxylated cannabis butter, 3.5 oz (100 g) regular butter, 3 tbsp cocoa powder) in a large bowl. Whisk wet ingredients together in a second bowl.

3Gently fold dry and wet ingredients together — don't overmix or the batter will become tough. Fold in cannabis infusion evenly.

4Pour batter into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 25-35 minutes. Test with a toothpick: if it comes out clean, the cake is done.
