Instructions

    Crumble cookies, mix with melted cannabutter, press into 10-inch (26cm) springform pan.

    Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Soak gelatin in cold water (10 min), squeeze out, dissolve in a little hot water.

    Cream quark, cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice and zest.

    Stir in dissolved gelatin, pour onto cookie base.

    Chill for at least 4 hours, decorate with fruit and serve.
