  • 80 g 2.8 oz Cannabutter, softened
  • 150 g 5.3 oz Sugar
  • 4 piece 4 piece Eggs
  • 2 packet 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 50 g 1.8 oz Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 50 g 1.8 oz Raisins (optional)

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 320°F (160°C). Grease a 26cm (10 inch) springform pan.

    Mix quark, soft cannabutter and sugar until smooth.

    Stir in eggs one at a time. Add cornstarch, vanilla sugar and lemon zest.

    Fold in raisins. Pour batter into pan.

    Bake at 320°F (160°C) for 55-60 minutes. Leave in turned-off oven with door slightly ajar for another 20 minutes.
