  • 60 g 2.1 oz Cannabutter (room temperature)
  • 60 g 2.1 oz Regular butter (room temperature)
  • 200 g 7.1 oz All-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g 3.5 oz Walnuts (finely chopped)
  • 80 g 2.8 oz Sugar
  • 2 tsp 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 80 g 2.8 oz Dark raisins
  • 3 tbsp 3 tbsp Apricot jam
  • 1 piece 1 piece Egg (for brushing)
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

    Cream together cream cheese, cannabutter, and regular butter.

    Work in flour and salt until you have a smooth dough. Don't overwork.

    Divide into 4 pieces. Wrap in plastic. Chill for 2 hours.

    Preheat oven to 356°F (180°C).

    Filling: Mix walnuts, sugar, and cinnamon.

    Roll each dough piece into a circle (10 inches/25cm). Spread with jam.

    Sprinkle filling and raisins on top. Cut into 8 wedges.

    Roll each wedge from outside to inside — croissant shape.

    Brush with egg. Bake 22–25 minutes until golden brown.
