3 tbsp 3 tbsp Apricot jam

1 piece 1 piece Egg (for brushing)

Instructions

1Cream together cream cheese, cannabutter, and regular butter.

2Work in flour and salt until you have a smooth dough. Don't overwork.

3Divide into 4 pieces. Wrap in plastic. Chill for 2 hours.

4Preheat oven to 356°F (180°C).

5Filling: Mix walnuts, sugar, and cinnamon.

6Roll each dough piece into a circle (10 inches/25cm). Spread with jam.

7Sprinkle filling and raisins on top. Cut into 8 wedges.

8Roll each wedge from outside to inside — croissant shape.
