Instructions

1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a springform pan (9.5 inches / 24cm).

2Melt chocolate and cannabutter in a double boiler. Don't exceed 160°F (70°C)!

3Stir in sugar, then eggs one at a time — beat well after each egg.

4Stir in vanilla and salt. Sift flour, cocoa, and baking powder together and fold in.

5Pour batter into pan. Bake 30–35 minutes — the center should still be slightly moist.

6Cool for 15 minutes (in pan), then invert onto a cooling rack.
