  • 200 g 7.1 oz Sugar

  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a springform pan (9.5 inches / 24cm).

    Melt chocolate and cannabutter in a double boiler. Don't exceed 160°F (70°C)!

    Stir in sugar, then eggs one at a time — beat well after each egg.

    Stir in vanilla and salt. Sift flour, cocoa, and baking powder together and fold in.

    Pour batter into pan. Bake 30–35 minutes — the center should still be slightly moist.

    Cool for 15 minutes (in pan), then invert onto a cooling rack.

    Ganache: Heat cream, pour over chopped chocolate, stir until smooth. Pour over cake.
