Instructions

  1. 1
Preheat oven to 347°F (175°C). Line a square baking pan (8×8 in / 20×20 cm) with parchment paper.
  2. 2
Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Remove from heat and let cool (important!).
  3. 3
Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes with a hand mixer).
  4. 4
Stir in the cooled chocolate-butter mixture. Add vanilla.
  5. 5
Sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt together and gently fold in — do not overmix.
  6. 6
Pour batter into the pan. Cut Snickers bars into pieces and press into the batter.
  7. 7
Bake for 25–28 minutes until the edges are set but the center still jiggles slightly.
  8. 8
Caramel layer: Stir together caramel sauce and peanut butter. Fold in cold cannabis butter once the caramel mixture has cooled to room temperature.
  9. 9
Spread the cannabis-peanut-caramel mixture over the warm brownies. Sprinkle peanuts on top.
  10. 10
    Cool completely before cutting.

Pro Tips

  • Brownies may jiggle slightly in the center when they come out of the oven — they'll set as they cool.
  • Cannabis butter in the caramel layer: applied after baking — no heat, no degradation.
  • Snickers already brings caramel, peanuts, and chocolate — the brownie amplifies these flavors.
  • For extra fudge: refrigerate for 30 minutes before cutting.
