  • 300 g 10.6 oz Feta cheese

Instructions

    Thaw spinach, squeeze out well (important!). Dice onions, sauté in oil until translucent.

    Mix spinach, crumbled feta, eggs, dill, green onions. Stir in cannabis oil. Season.

    Roll out phyllo dough. Place one half in greased pan (pull edges up).

    Fill with spinach mixture. Layer second half on top, press edges.

    Score surface, brush with egg wash. Bake at 374°F (190°C) for 30-35 min until golden brown.
