1 tsp 1 tsp Salt

50 ml 3.4 tbsp Rum

200 g 7.1 oz Raisins

50 g 1.8 oz Candied orange peel

50 g 1.8 oz Candied lemon peel

80 g 2.8 oz Chopped almonds

200 g 7.1 oz Marzipan

Instructions

1Soak raisins in rum overnight. Dissolve yeast in warm milk.

2Knead flour, yeast-milk, sugar, salt, cannabutter into dough. Let rise for 1 hour.

3Work in drained raisins, candied orange peel, candied lemon peel, almonds. Let rise another 30 minutes.

4Form marzipan into a log. Roll out dough into an oval. Place marzipan in center, fold dough over it.

5Bake at 338°F (170°C) for 50-60 minutes. While hot, brush with melted butter and dust generously with powdered sugar.

6Let rest wrapped in foil for at least 2 weeks — stollen improves with time!
