  • 100 g 3.5 oz Raisins (soaked in rum, optional)
  • 80 g 2.8 oz Breadcrumbs
  • 50 g 1.8 oz Walnuts (chopped)
  • 60 g 2.1 oz Cannabis butter (for brushing)
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

    Dough: Knead flour, water, 1 tbsp cannabis butter, vinegar, and salt into smooth dough — let sit 10 minutes until silky. Wrap in plastic wrap and rest 30 minutes.

    Filling: Peel apples, quarter them, slice thinly. Mix with sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and walnuts.

    Toast breadcrumbs in pan without fat until golden brown — they absorb apple juice and prevent sogginess.

    Roll out dough on floured large cloth so thin you can read a newspaper underneath. Almost transparent.

    Distribute breadcrumbs on lower third, pile apple filling on top.

    Using the cloth, roll strudel up from the filling side. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
