2 tbsp 2 tbsp Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

1Separate eggs. Beat egg yolks with sugar until pale and fluffy. Fold in mascarpone and softened cannabutter.

2Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the mascarpone cream.

3Pour espresso (and optionally Amaretto) into a shallow dish. Briefly dip ladyfinger cookies into it.

4Layer dipped ladyfingers in a dish. Spread half of the mascarpone cream on top.

5Add a second layer of ladyfingers, then the remaining cream. Dust with cocoa powder.

6Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
